Red Wine Burger
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup red wine (Red Blend Portugal or red wine of your choice)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Burgers:
- Preheat grill
- Combine ground beef and all of the dry seasoning ingredients together
- Slowly add the Red Wine and Worcestershire (try not to make the ground beef mixture too wet)
- Pat out your ground beef into patties of your size.
- Place the burger patties on the grill and cook to your desired doneness
- Remove from grill and serve with a glass of your favorite Red Wine & ENJOY!
