Red Wine Burger





  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup red wine (Red Blend Portugal  or red wine of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

Burgers:

  1. Preheat grill 
  2. Combine ground beef and all of the dry seasoning ingredients together
  3. Slowly add the Red Wine and Worcestershire (try not to make the ground beef mixture too wet)
  4. Pat out your ground beef into patties of your size.
  5. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook to your desired doneness
  6. Remove from grill and serve with a glass of your favorite Red Wine & ENJOY!
